Future19 - About Us

Our Vision

At the heart of our work is a belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and hopeful about their future.

Across our therapeutic children's homes and supported accommodation services, we provide nurturing, trauma-informed care to young people who have faced adversity, neglect, or trauma. We meet them with compassion, consistency, and high expectations, helping them rebuild trust, grow in confidence, and move toward independence at their own pace.

We are more than just places to live — we are places to belong, to heal, and to become.

Our teams are driven by purpose and pride. Every member of staff is a role model, a guide, and a champion for the young people in our care. We invest in one another so that together, we can make a lasting difference — one relationship, one conversation, one step forward at a time.

Our Team

Our team is the heart of everything we do.

Made up of dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled individuals, our staff bring a wealth of experience from therapeutic care, education, youth work, and social care. What unites us is a shared belief: that every young person deserves a chance to feel safe, valued, and supported as they grow.

We take a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach, building trust through consistency, empathy, and genuine care. Whether working in our children’s home's or supported accommodation, our team members are more than professionals — they are positive role models, advocates, and everyday champions in the lives of the young people we support.

We’re committed to reflective practice, ongoing training, and team wellbeing, because we believe that the better we care for our staff, the better we can care for our young people. Our teams are proud of the work they do and the impact they make — and we’re proud of them too.

Our Services

We offer two specialist services designed to support young people through different stages of their journey — from crisis and recovery to confidence and independence.

🌱 Therapeutic Children’s Homes

Our homes are warm, stable, and trauma-informed homes for young people who have experienced neglect, abuse, loss, or other difficult life experiences. Our therapeutic team provides consistent, nurturing care that helps young people feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.

We focus on building strong relationships, emotional resilience, and positive routines, while working closely with professionals, families, and education providers to support long-term progress. Whether a young person stays for weeks or years, they are met with compassion and high expectations.

🛶 Supported Accommodation – Preparing for Adulthood

Our supported accommodation service for young people aged 16+ who are preparing to take their next steps into independent living. Here, we guide young people to build confidence, develop life skills, and make positive decisions about their future.

Each young person is supported with a tailored pathway plan that includes budgeting, cooking, education, emotional wellbeing, and tenancy preparation — always at a pace that suits them. We provide a supportive adult presence alongside the space to make mistakes, learn, and grow.

Together, our services are built around safety, belonging, and belief — helping young people move forward with strength, dignity, and hope. Each Service is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of each child.
